Now, though, Badu is debuting her most resourceful beauty look yet: A custom wig made from bottle caps, many of which are emblazoned with her name and initials. And in case that shock of a hairpiece isn't enough, Badu accompanies it with a bold cat-eye and some opalescent, stone-encrusted grills. Bottle caps have been making their way into some sustainable fashion pieces as of late, most recently in the cap-studded tuxedo that Gypsy Sport designer Rio Uribe made forappearance. But thanks to the R&B singer, they’re now making the transition to a resourceful raw material for some wonderfully colorful wigs. Leave it to Badu to lead the charge.
