The DWP is dishing out three payments this month to help households through the winter months. The payments are worth up to £1,050 in total and can help with energy bills
Three payments totalling £1,050 from the Department for Work and Pensions are set to be rolled out in October. In light of the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, UK households have been reassured that there are options available if they find themselves financially strained.
Most individuals who are claiming DWP benefits will be eligible for this year's £10 Christmas bonus. All state pensioners also qualify, regardless of their income. There are two groups eligible for the Warm Home Discount: core group one and core group two. If you meet the criteria for these groups and have an energy supply on the qualification date , your provider will inform you of your eligibility by early December.
