“NCR 7-day testing positivity rate was 20.4% as of May 3, 2023, from 14% on Apr 26," OCTA Research Fellow Dr. Guido David said on Twitter.Positivity rate refers to the percentage of people who were found positive for COVID-19 compared the total number of individuals tested.The Philippines posted 1,190 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, as the active tally rose to 8,371.The nationwide COVID-19 tally is now 4,097,525, according to the latest data from the Department of Health.
