An A’s fan since 1996, Ortiz counted watching Josh Donaldson’s walk-off home run against the Tigers in 2014 as his favorite memory at the Coliseum. Some Oakland A’s fans have decided to boycott the team, not wanting to give the notoriously penny-pinching owner their money.
