Participants experienced the marathon magic in Central Park before 50,000+ runners from around the world complete their 26.2-mile marathon journey in New York City, November 3. Rising New York Road Runners serves more than 195,000 students nationwide and nearly 100,000 in New York City. The program helps youth develop the ability, confidence, and desire to be physically active for life.takes place Sunday, November 3, drawing more than 50,000 runners and will be televised in the New York area live on WABC-TV Channel 7 beginning with pre-race coverage at 7:00 a.m.
