A large drone was recovered by the NYPD in Brooklyn after being left unattended. The drone was manufactured by Amogy, Inc., a sustainable energy startup, and had been on display outside their headquarters for a month.

Energy startup Amogy , Inc. said it manufactured the drone and had placed it on the sidewalk outside its headquarters a month before.Newsweek has contacted the NYPD and Amogy Inc. via email for comment.
An Amogy spokesperson told the Post the drone had been used in a demonstration of its clean energy technology three years ago and had been on display outside the company's headquarters ever since.'NYPD took possession of it for a brief period. Amogy cooperated fully with NYPD and the drone has since been returned to the company after NYPD determined the drone was not a threat,' the spokesperson said.
