New York City’s food scene is gearing up for NYC Winter Restaurant Week, which is set to kick off next week.

New York City’s food scene is gearing up for NYC Winter Restaurant Week, which is set to kick off next week. From Jan. 20 through Feb. 12, nearly 600 restaurants across all Five Boroughs will offer prix fixe menus of two-course lunches and three-course dinners priced at $30, $45 and $60.

The program aims to give New Yorkers the opportunity to try more eateries they may not have tried before.NYC Restaurant Week is part of NYC Winter Outing, a program that aims to help boost New York City businesses by encouraging New Yorkers to head out during the cold winter months when they would otherwise spend time indoors. Other programs that are part of NYC Winter Outing include 2-for-1 tickets to 26 NYC Broadway Week, 2-for-1 tickets to nearly 80 NYC Must-See Week, including museums, attractions, tours and performing arts, and NYC Hotel Week, which is currently offering 25% off standard retail rates at more than 150 hotels. All of these experiences are available to book at visit “NYC Winter Outing has become a cherished annual tradition as we welcome the new year that drives critical revenue for local businesses and fuels our communities across the five boroughs during the slower winter months,” said Julie Coker, President and CEO of New York City Tourism + Conventions. “This is the ultimate value period for visitors to enjoy all that New York City has to offer—from diverse cuisine and rich cultural experiences to hotels reflective of the City’s distinct neighborhoods.
