Tyshaun Watson escorted out of the 13th Precinct after pizzeria worker was mauled by his pit bull
The Manhattan pizzeria worker mauled by an irate customer’s pitbull during a savage Monday beatdown is still comatose and hooked to a respirator — as a judge hit his alleged attacker with a hefty bail during his Wednesday arraignment.
Manhattan prosecutors asked that Tyshaun Watson, a National Guard member and hospitality worker from Secaucus, New Jersey, be held on $250,000 cash/$500,000 insurance or partially-secured bond for his alleged crimes against Zakaira El Sherief, which include second-degree attempted murder.“These are serious allegations,” Haniff said at the hearing. “This man’s in the hospital incubated, and that is serious.
Defense attorneys said Watson, 35, lives with his significant other and works as a senior sales manager at a hotel on Fifth Avenue, where he sells blocks of rooms to wedding parties and other big groups.Traveler with bloodied head ordered off American Airlines flight, arrested when he refuses to deboardWatson is also a chemical specialist in the National Guard and the father of a 10-year-old boy, attorneys said.
