NYC Halloween weather: All treat, no tricks
New York City weather promises to deliver all treats and no tricks this Halloween night — though ghouls and goblins may want to bring a jacket.
While the sun will shine over spooky daytime activities, some clouds and a haunting chill will creep in later on, according to the National Weather Service. “Temperatures will be in the upper 40s as you start trick-or-treating,” said meteorologist Jim Connolly. “And as it gets dark tonight, temperatures will fall down into the mid-40s.”
