The board meeting appeared to be back on track Wednesday night with Mujica Diaz texting The Post during the meeting, “We closed it down and started a new meeting.”Meeting participants were left shocked and disgusted.

X-rated hacks are nothing new in the Big Apple with many local government meetings being held remotely since the COVID-19 pandemic struck in March 2020. NYC Councilman Ari Kagan, who was on the CB 13 meeting over the phone and didn’t see the shocking moment, told The Post Wednesday night the same thing recently happened at a NYPD 62nd Precinct Community Council meeting.

The Food and Drug Administration approved Biogen's infused drug for patients with a rare genetic mutation that affects less than 500 people in the U.S. The drug is the first intended to treat an inherited form of ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, which destroys nerve cells needed for basic functions. Tuesday's approval came despite a company study that failed to meet its goal of significantly slowing the disease. The drug did make a difference on laboratory measures of ALS. The FDA is requiring additional research to confirm the drug's benefit.
