Shayna Lehrer has been a registered nurse at the hospital for a year and a half and says the lack of staffing hurts patient care. "Nurses shouldn't be living paycheck to paycheck while keeping Staten Island safe and healthy," said NYSNA President Nancy Hagans, RN, BSN, CCRN.
