Officials state that 31-year-old Kaitlyn Ramey was a practical nurse working at Middlesex Elementary School where the care-dependent child attended. When Ramey repeated the same act a week later, investigators say that the homeroom teacher got a better look at the situation and chose to contact the special needs teacher about Ramey immediately.
