CORONAVIRUS | A nurse was among the latest two deaths related to Covid-19, revealed Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
Speaking at a press conference this evening, he said there were 71 new cases recorded between noon yesterday and noon today, raising the total number of positive cases in Malaysia to 5,603. The total number of active cases is 1,966. Of those undergoing treatment, 42 patients are in intensive care units and 21 on respirators.
On a positive note, Noor Hisham said 90 more patients have been cured, bringing the total number of recoveries to 3,542 or 63.2 percent.[More to follow]
