Labour market anticipated to remain steady, with prospects for modest growth in the forthcoming months, says statistics department.
The number of employed persons continued to trend up in September 2023, with a marginal increase of 0.1% to 16.38 million persons compared to August.

“This is also contributed by the increasing tourism activities and tourism-related industries, as well as the progress of investment and the implementation of major infrastructure projects,” the statement read.
