Kaizer Chiefs boss Molefi Ntseki is remaining coy on one of the club's ongoing transfer targets. Will he be snapped up?
Kaizer Chiefs head coach Molefi Ntseki has provided an update on trialist Luke Fleurs but remained coy on whether the club will sign him.
Luke Fleurs has been on trial with Chiefs since September when he became a free agent after leaving SuperSport United. The 23-year-old central defender is still at Naturena and Ntseki reveals he’s been doing well. The Chiefs boss knows Fleurs well with the pair having worked together at South Africa U17 level. Amakhosi tried to snap Fleurs up last season but he opted to renew his deal with Matsatsantsa.
“We all know that Luke is a quality player. But I think the process is going and sooner we will be able to be in touch with him and his representatives and that is where the decision will be made. “But one thing I can say is that he is still training with us. Whether we will sign him or not is still a bit of classified information. But the young man is still with us.”
