YOUNGSTOWN , Ohio - The National Transportation Safety Board is taking the lead in the investigation of Tuesday’s deadly building explosion and is expected to provide an update Thursday.
Youngstown Police Lieutenant Mohammad Awad said the the body of the victim, a Chase Bank employee, was recovered by firefighters and was observed inside the building right before the blast. NTSB is launching pipeline and hazardous materials investigators to investigate Tuesday's natural gas explosion in downtown Youngstown, Ohio.
