Simposium tersebut mengumpulkan profesional dari bidang seni bina, kejuruteraan dan ukur bahan, selain turut menampilkan perkongsian seni bina selama dua jam oleh Kun Lim, bertajuk A River of Ideas.
Seminar tersebut melibatkan lebih 500 profesional bangunan dan pembinaan, berfungsi sebagai platform untuk kepemimpinan industri berhubung, bertukar idea dan bekerjasama memacu inovasi dan kemajuan dalam sektor bangunan dan pembinaan Malaysia. Menerusi ceramah selama dua jam oleh Presiden Kun Lim Studio di Seattle, Amerika Syarikat dan Pereka Utama Kun Lim Architect, beliau menceritakan tahun-tahun awal pembentukannya yang sekali gus telah membentuk falsafah pemikiran reka bentuknya, dan bagaimana pengalaman hidupnya membesar di rumah.
