The NRL is investigating South Sydney after the Rabbitohs played up to 30 seconds with 14 men on the field in Friday night’s win over the Broncos.
The NRL has confirmed it is aware of the incident which occurred in the 53rd minute when Jai Arrow entered the field well before Tom Burgess left it.The NRL will review the incident in full during their review on Monday morning.
Sources with knowledge of the situation talking on the condition of anonymity due to the confidential nature of the review say it is highly unlikely Souths will be deducted the two competition points they earned in their 32-6 win at Suncorp Stadium.
