News24 reported that Lamola said the prosecuting authority received nearly R30 million, adding:"Where a donation is in cash, the normal regime of channelling funds through the National Treasury will apply. Batohi told the committee that the NPA finalised an amended NPA Donor Funding Policy, which was aligned with the NT Donor Funding guidelines and regulations. The Asset Forfeiture Unit has secured freezing orders to the value of R12.9bn and recoveries to the value of R2.9bn. The task force has enrolled 78 cases from the anti-corruption task team.
