Areas west of the River will remain dry with showers possible along our beaches and coastal counties, 20 percent. Lows in the 60s and 70s. Afternoon highs in the 80s to low 90s. The average high this time of year is 89 degrees. Wind NE 10-15 mph inland, 15-20 mph along the beaches. Tropics: We are monitoring a spot deep in the Atlantic with a 70 percent chance of development in the next 7 days.
