A background check after a 'pedestrian violation' led to convicted sex offender Bruce Wayne Guy's latest arrest, and he's being held without bail.
Bruce Wayne Guy, Jr., moved to Florida and was photographed by various agencies in 2018, 2021, 2023, and on Feb. 29, 2024, after convictions for rape in Alabama and indecent exposure in South Carolina.It only took a "pedestrian violation," according to his latest arrest report.
“He left Hillsborough County FL about a week ago and has been traveling county to county north, and is heading to Texas,” according to Guy’s arrest report, and that would be at least the fourth state he calls home — if he ever makes it. >>If he leaves home without a new residence, "I must report in person to the sheriff's office in the county where I am located within 48 hours. Failure to report this information within 48 hours is a third-degree felony."
