The 20-something suspect reportedly warned his old nemesis to stay away from Cinemark theaters -- as well as their old Moreland Hills Elementary School classroom.
Cleveland police reported around 2 p.m. Sept. 9 that they had received a call from a man who saw threats posted on social media from a former classmate.
He also allegedly warned his would-be victim not to go to the Cinemark theater, the closest being the Silverspot Cinema in Pinecrest. There was also a warrant and an active protection order against the driver, last seen heading west in the area of the Western Reserve Land Conservancy. Sheriff’s deputies agreed to meet in North Ridgeville to take custody of the prisoner. Her GMC auto was towed from the scene.A caller reported that the construction area along Ohio 87 did not have enough traffic control at 7:36 a.m. Sept. 5 and was “creating a disaster.”
