NorthShore Foundation has announced a fundraising campaign to support NorthShore — Edward-Elmhurst Health’s commitment to improving cardiovascular care in the region.

The NorthShore Foundation has announced a fundraising campaign to support NorthShore — Edward-Elmhurst Health’s commitment to improving cardiovascular care in the region with the NorthShore Cardiovascular Institute pavilion. According to the a news release, currently under construction at NorthShore Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview and expected to open in April 2024, the CVI pavilion will be a regional destination for advanced cardiovascular care.

The $170 million pavilion will serve as NorthShore’s hub for elective cardiac and vascular procedures, catheterizations and interventions, as well as open-heart surgery, structural heart procedures and electrophysiology studies, the release said.
