CLEVELAND, Ohio - A large trough of low pressure centered over the eastern third of the nation is bringing unseasonably cool, fall-like temperatures to Northeast Ohio.
Clouds continue to dominate this afternoon, though some sun tries to peek out from time to time. High temperatures rise to the upper 60s to low 70s with a stiff north wind between 15 and 25 mph. Occasional gusts up to 35 mph are possible. Tonight remains mostly cloudy and brisk as low temperatures fall to the upper 50s with a continued north breeze. A stray light shower or a few sprinkles are possible.
Tuesday sees a mix of sun and clouds with high temperatures stuck in the upper 60s as the north breeze persists. Afternoon temperatures begin warming for the rest of the week as the breeze finally settles, though most mornings continue to start out rather cool. By the weekend, high temperatures are expected to be near 90 degrees again. Expect a decent amount of sunshine each day.
