CLEVELAND, Ohio - It will be another colder-than-average week across northern Ohio -- even by February standards!A few passing snow showers are possible through the afternoon and into this evening.Tuesday will bring cloudy skies and chilly temperatures; highs will only top out in the mid to upper 20s.
A few passing snow showers are likely but, once again, any accumulation will be very light, an inch or less.This week’s best snow chances will arrive on Friday as a clipper system drops in from Canada. Clippers don’t, generally, produce a ton of snow but they do pull in really cold air and they kick up the winds, too.Plan for occasional snow showers throughout the day; some bursts of heavy snow may occur. The 19 First Alert Weather team is forecasting a general one to three inches of snow with this system.Despite the snow, Friday will be the warmest day of the week with highs in the low 30s! Behind the clipper, Saturday will be frigid; temperatures will only top out in the lower teens Saturday afternoon.
