Nominations are now open for cleveland.com’s and The Plain Dealer’s Northeast Ohio ’s Top Workplaces for its 2025 survey. CLEVELAND, Ohio -- If you think you have the top workplace in the region, you still have time to nominate your organization. The nomination deadline for cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer’s 16th annual Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio has been extended to Jan. 31.
So far, more than 200 companies have been nominated for their outstanding workplace culture through the 2025 survey. Organizations located in Northeast Ohio with 35 or more employees are eligible to participate, which includes, public, private, non-profit and government organizations. It is free to participate in the 24-question survey and does not require any purchase or obligations, and should take about five minutes to answer. Once nominated, Energage, a Pennsylvania-based culture technology firm specializing in employee engagement and workplace improvement research, will evaluate nominated organizations.across Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit and Wayne counties were recognized as Top Workplaces; some of these companies included Progressive, Tendon Manufacturing Inc., McDowell Real Estate, among others.
