The Ohio Department of Transportation has released an updated list of detours for Northeast Ohio.
Published: Aug. 30, 2024, 12:38 a.m. CLEVELAND , Ohio — The Ohio Department of Transportation reports the Center Street Bridge over the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland will have short-duration closures on Tuesday lasting no longer than 30 minutes.
That’s one of the expected traffic impacts expected in the upcoming weeks as road construction season continues in Northeast Ohio.The Center Street Bridge over the Cuyahoga RiverEast 185th Street between Lake Erie and Pawnee Avenue has various lane restrictions beginning Tuesday and continuing through mid-September for pavement work.will have a right-lane closure beginning Tuesday and continuing through December.will have various lane restrictions from Tuesday through Thursday.will have various lane restrictions beginning at 9 p.m. Sept. 6 through 5 a.m. Sept. 9 for bridge repairs.will have various lane restrictions at 9 p.m. Sept. 13 through 5 a.m. Sept. 16 for bridge repairs.
The following ramps will be closed for a short duration between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, and Friday, Sept. 6, for resurfacing. The ramps will not be closed at the same time.The detour is Ohio 21 north to East 71st Street south to Canal Road east to Warner Road south to Ohio 17..
