Kornblut said the tracking feature on FedEx’s website showed the package has been at the facility for over a week, was out for delivery for several days, and that the company even tried and failed to deliver the package to the business.Kornblut said that until he sees the hats, he cannot pay the woman for them. That leaves the hat maker out of the money for now, and his customers out the money they spent on items he can’t deliver.
“We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by delays in the Cleveland area and appreciate our customers’ patience as we implement contingencies – including securing additional delivery resources, extending operation hours and delivery times, and expanding package sorts – to deliver these packages as quickly as possible," a statement from the spokeswoman said.to continue to track their package, contact customer service for help or redirect their packages to another location for pick up.
