A women's football team is trying to break its attendance record this weekend.
Jo Whiley, who grew up in Northampton, shared a message of support for Sunday's fixture on social mediaA football club's aim to beat its attendance record has been boosted by support from Radio 2 DJ Jo Whiley.
The 14:00 GMT kick-off is being played at Sixfields Stadium to mark International Women's Day on Friday.formerly known as Twitter, 58-year-old Whiley said: "Please get down there and support the girls with your children and families as they go from strength to strength".Sixfields Stadium is primarily the home of League One men's side Northampton Town
