The event, held near Chicago where her father was raised, saw the young performer commanding the audience's attention. She appeared in a black Balenciaga outfit, complemented by a spiky choker and a diamond-encrusted chain, with her signature long turquoise hair styled in sleek pigtails. She also wore thick, glossy onyx sunglasses. A video circulating online captured the enthusiastic crowd jumping and dancing to her thumping track.
This performance follows her previous appearance in April at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, where she joined her father on stage. Earlier this year, North released her debut EP titled N0rth4Evr, which followed her first single PIERCING ON MY HAND. Kanye West, 49, expressed pride by reposting a clip of his firstborn child singing their 2024 collaboration TALKING from his album Vultures 1. Kim Kardashian, 45, has been open about her daughter's musical pursuits.
During an episode of her sister Khloe's podcast, Khloe In Wonder Land, she explained that North is homeschooled and participates in an intensive music program.
"At home she'll do an eight-hour music studio session, where she's producing and writing. I'll add her writing out all of her lyrics as a part of her spelling tests. We do all of the things at home that she really enjoys and are challenging," Kardashian detailed. Kardashian also addressed criticism regarding her parenting approach, particularly the notion that she is too permissive with North.
She clarified that while she allows her daughter to express herself, North actually follows many rules.
"There's a misconception that I am trying to be her bestie and let her get away with a lot. No, Northie actually has a lot of rules. The one area is that I do let her express herself," she stated. She dismissed external judgments, emphasizing the unique challenges of managing a child in the public eye.
Kardashian and West, who married in Italy in 2014, share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. Their divorce was finalized in November 2022 after Kardashian filed in February 2021
