The Texas Department of Transportation“Temps are still just above freezing, but as those drop and we get more precipitation then conditions can quickly turn slick and hazardous,” TxDOT spokesperson Kenna Mitchell said.The Irving Police Department was working an 18-wheeler crash that went over the side of the roadway on the ramp from State Highway 114 East to 183 East. Police were waiting on a wrecker to pull the truck back onto the highway as of 9:30 a.m., but no injuries were reported.
