North Ridgeville police and the Ohio State Highway Patrol are cracking down on speeders and reckless driving.
NORTH RIDGEVILLE , Ohio -
The agencies joined forces earlier in November for a traffic detail, and police said they pulled over more than 30 people.According to police, the detail took place over two hours on Nov. 9 in the area of State Route 10.Thirty drivers received citations for speed, according to police. Plus, officers say one driver was cited for reckless operation, and another for driving under suspension.
Though, according to police, a motorcyclist clocked going 19 MPH above the speed limit received the most serious charges.An Ohio State Highway Patrol helicopter tracked down the motorcycle, and officers on the ground made the arrest.
