South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said on Monday that it had detected North Korean missiles test-fired from a submarine in waters near North Korea’s eastern port city of Sinpo on Sunday and that the country’s intelligence agency and its U.S. counterpart were working to analyze the specifics of the launch.
