NORTH KOREA'S dictator Kim Jong-un has taunted South Korean by publishing a provocative front page article in a state-run newspaper.
The paper shows photographs taken during the moment the Kaesong Liaison Office was blown up - a major blow to cross-border peace. The provocative snaps were taken on Tuesday as the hermit kingdom's military destroyed the office, which was set up in a border town as part of a 2018 peace agreement between the two countries' leaders.
