There has been only one team to top the Bushnell/Golfweek coaches poll for the 2023-24 season: the North Carolina Tar Heels.

With a win at The Williams Cup and a runner-up finish at the St. Andrews Links Collegiate, the Tar Heels maintained a hold of the top spot for the latest ranking, which was released Friday.Auburn , Arizona State, and Georgia Tech rounded out the top five, while Tennessee, Washington, Mississippi, East Tennessee State, and Virginia completed the top 10.
