A winning scratcher ticket sold in Cloverdale made one lucky player $15 million richer, according to the California Lottery. The winning ticket, a $40 Royal Jackpot Scratchers game, was sold at Quik Stop convenience store and gas station, at 601 N Cloverdale Blvd in Cloverdale, California Lottery spokesperson Yvonne Vazquez said in a Thursday, March 19, phone call.
