Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah dijangka bertemu Perdana Menteri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Noor Hisham berkata JP Morgan, Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia dan Institut Penyelidikan Ekonomi Malaysia meramalkan kes Covid-19 akan mendadak di Malaysia pada pertengahan bulan ini. Sebelum ini, Menteri Kanan Ismail Sabri Yaakob berkata kerajaan melalui Majlis Keselamatan Negara bersama Kementerian Dalam Negeri akan mengeluarkan garis panduan dan prosedur operasi standard baru Khamis ini bagi mengekang penularan wabak Covid-19.
