"She is not new in the leadership position as she previously served in various positions in the organisation and in government."Dube-Ncube, who's the province's Finance MEC, will be the first woman premier in the province's history.
Outgoing premier Sihle Zikalala announced he is stepping down last week after an unsuccessful bid to be re-elected KZN ANC chairperson.
