During a Tuesday appearance on OutKick’s “Tomi Lahren is Fearless,” Syndergaard was asked about Cooper and a remark she made about him — saying he “Can’t get a f–king contract” — while“I haven’t spoken to her in eight years or so,” said Syndergaard, who was in the midst of his eight-year tenure with the Mets when they dating.

“Cheap shot, but she’s entitled to her own opinion and freedom of speech so I cant really control what comes out of her mouth. It doesn’t really bother me. It’s kind of comical, but whatever. ”Syndergaard, who replied, “Not really,” explained that he didn’t want to discuss it further.

“I had my fun in New York when I played there … You’re not going to see me out at a club on the weekends,” Syndergaard said. “I value not hungover Saturday and Sunday mornings. I go to the farmers market, golfing … I’m just more interested in waking up and feeling my best everyday. ”He was released by the Chicago White Sox in August 2025 following a minor league stint.
