USA Track and Field reportedly confirmed the diagnosis after the race.Lyles finished third, running behind Botswana's Letsile Tebogo and fellow American Kenny Bednarek, in 19.70 seconds.Immediately after the race, Lyles was seen leaving the floor of Stade de France in a wheelchair and, later, wearing a face mask.
