Spider-Man: No Way Home's future Venom symbiote set-up would absolutely break the MCU's Peter Parker for Spider-Man 4 (in the worst way).
While the MCU has a means of debuting Venom thanks to Spider-Man: No Way Home, a "Symbiote Saga" would absolutely break Peter Parker if it happens in Spider-Man 4. Arriving from alternate universes after a magical spell gone wrong, a collection of classic villains faced Tom Holland's Spider-Man originally belonging to Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire's respective versions of Spider-Man.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT While Holland's Spider-Man thankfully had both of Sony's past Webslingers to help him, Tom Hardy's Venom also made an appearance in the third MCU Spider-Man movie. However, he never made it to the party to help or perhaps even hinder the Spiders given his status as an anti-hero.
However, Eddie Brock chose to get drunk in Mexico instead, deciding that he and Venom should find Spider-Man right before they were transported back to their own reality in the post-credits scene for No Way Home, a further confirmation that Doctor Strange's new spell restored the multiversal rifts. However, a piece of Venom's symbiote was left behind in the MCU, implying a dynamic future in which the symbiote piece could grow to become its own full-fledged organism.
Spider-Man’s Current Status Quo Would Make Symbiotes Super Dark It's very doubtful that the MCU's Spider-Man would be able to handle a symbiote at this current stage in his life. Especially with all of its corruptive power and darker influences constantly tempting him, it seems as though a symbiote bonding with Parker would be a very bad idea for Spider-Man 4 right after No Way Home.
Essentially, Doctor Strange's new spell required the entire world to forget Peter Parker. This came after Aunt May was murdered by the Green Goblin, leading to an extremely dark confrontation where the MCU's Spider-Man stopped pulling punches and almost killed the villain were it not for Tobey Maguire's Webslinger. While that moment of darkness passed, one can imagine a far more lethal scenario had the Venom symbiote been merged with Parker.
