No truth to allegation that leaking roof in PhilHealth Dagupan destroyed vital documents
“We assure the public that all documents are intact, and are all accounted for,” said PhilHealth Regional Vice President Alberto C. Manduriao.
He added the Philippine National Police and Bureau of Fire Protection have also visited the office the same night to conduct an investigation. The National Bureau of Investigation also went to the office on August 20 to look into the accident, Manduriao maintained. Senator Panfilo M. Lacson said on Saturday that the leaking roof at the Information Technology and accounting offices in PhilHealth Dagupan, that drenched important documents, was the handiwork of the mafia.
