Police to study if people can travel inter-state on public transport, says Ismail Sabri.
On whether Malaysians can travel inter-state on public transport, Ismail said the police are still studying the matter."Inter-state travel is still not allowed, so currently the express busses are not operating," said Ismail during his daily press briefing today.issued by Health Minister Dr Adham Baba, Malaysians can travel anywhere within an "infected local area" except to an enhanced MCO area unless they have permission to do so.
Ismail said the police, which strictly enforced movement controls during the MCO period, will now focus on enforcement of conditions set on industries. These conditions include sanitisation, Covid-19 tests for foreign workers and social distancing, among others.
