y tasked to implement the guidelines to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Joint Task Force COVID Shield said before it can issue anyone a travel permit, also called a travel authority, the person who wants to travel first needs to provide a medical clearance certificate. This applies to people who need to travel because of an emergency, those who were stranded by the COVID-19 lockdown and even APOR or "authorized persons outside of residence" who need to travel for work, said JTF Commander Police Lt.
