He says ‘the meeting was held up for 20 minutes because the head of MI5 couldn’t find a vein’.
At Christmas, instead of sending a £10 note in a card to his kids, he asks the governor of the Bank of England to loan them £10 worth of gold without declaring it and with the proviso that it won’t have to be paid back until 2086.
