There are two licences that should be issued for any mining to take place, - the Prospecting Licence and the Mining Licence. “Prospecting Licences have been issued to many companies before. Their duties are to identify if there is gold or not. This will be produced to the State Mineral Management Board and the findings, brought to the Cabinet, which will decide.
