The Johor ruler fears that there will be risks of close contact and new clusters of infection would surface.
No drive-thru Ramadan bazaar is allowed in Johor due to the Covid-19 outbreak, said the Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Almarhum Sultan Iskandar today.
“I am worried that if drive-thru Ramadan bazaar is allowed, there will be traffic congestion to an extent that it will further burden the enforcement personnel on duty. Sultan Ibrahim called on the people in the state to remain calm during the movement control order which has entered its third phase starting today.
