“I have yet to receive any communication from Cong Arnie since I appealed to him to return home,” Romualdez said, referring to his appeal to Teves last March 10. “I expect Cong Arnie to heed my appeal and report for work as soon as possible. His stay outside the country is no longer authorized by the House of Representatives.”in connection with a number of killings that took place in 2019.Earlier in the day, Teves' counsel, Atty.
