We’re in the middle of a transformative moment in the workplace with the wide proliferation of generative AI tools. While AI itself is not a new technology , the rise of generative AI has made what’s old feel new again. Many of us are experiencing AI in our day-to-day lives in a new way, as generative AI technology has been rapidly integrated into the programs and platforms we use at work and home.

No-code/low-code technology is also not a new concept and has been somewhat of the “holy grail” of programming for over 40 years. From Excel spreadsheets to HTML, developers have been aiming to lower the skills bar for more people to be able to participate and contribute to technology. It can be difficult to know where to start. For tech and product leaders in the no-code/low-code industry evaluating how better to integrate generative AI into your solution, my top piece of advice is to focus on solving customer pain points within established workflows.
