LAGUNA – Gov. Ramil L. Hernandez announced the suspension of classes in the whole province due to bad weather brought by Tropical Depression "Amang."
In a Facebook post, the governor said there will be no onsite and online classes in private and public schools in the province on Thursday, April 13. The latest Tropical Cyclone Bulletin released by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration at 5 a.m. on April 13 listed the eastern portion of Laguna under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1.
These areas include Cavinti, Kalayaan, Paete, Pangil, Siniloan, Famy, Santa Maria, Lumban, Pakil, and Mabitac.
